(1) Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW)
You must have 5 credit passes at NECO, WAEC, or GCE O’Level in not more than two sittings. The five credits must be Eng. Lang., Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Retrainee (JCHEW)
You must be a holder of JCHEW certificate with 2years post qualification in the addition (1) above.
(2) Junior Community Health Extension Workers (JCHEW)
Prospective applicants must have 3 credit passes at NECO, WAEC, or GCE O’Level in not more than two sittings. The 3 credits must be Eng. Lang., Mathematics, Biology, and one of Physics, Geography, Food and Nutrition, or anyone of Economics, Agricultural Science, Accountancy or Commerce.
(3) Dispensing Opticianry
Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English Language at NECO, WAEC, or GCE
(4) Environmental Health Technology (ND)
You must possess 5 credit passes at NECO, WAEC, or GCE in not more than two sittings or its equivalent as may be approved by EHORECON or WAHEB. The subjects are Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English Language.
(5) Environmental Health Technology (HND)
You must have a National Diploma (ND) in Environmental Health Technology with proof of completion of 1 year industrial training and 5 credit passes at NECO, WAEC, or GCE in not more than two sittings, The subjects are Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English Language.
(6) Environmental Health Technician
You must possess 3 credit passes and 2 passes a.t NECO, WAEC, or GCE in not more than two sittings. The subjects are Biology/Health Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English Language, Geography, Agricultural Science, or Technical Drawing.
(7) Environmental Health Assistant
You must possess 4 credit passes at NECO, WAEC, NABTEB or GCE in not more than two sittings. The subjects are Biology/Health Science, Physics, Chemistry, English Language, Geography, General Science, or Integrated Science.
(8) Health Education Technician
You must possess 4 credit passes at NECO, WAEC, NABTEB or GCE in not more than two sittings. The subjects are Biology, Mathematics, English Language, or Health Science, and anyone one of Chemistry, Economics or Geography.
