The Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development (FMYSD) has introduced the 2024 Digital Youth Nigeria program.
This initiative aims to assist, support, promote, and provide opportunities for qualified Nigerians, especially youths willing to engage in a top-notch training scheme. Participants will learn various global digital skills and roles, including:
- Software and Coding skills.
- Business Process Outsourcing skills.
- Internet basics/IT Hardware skills.
- Animation/Graphics skills.
The program is designed to benefit one thousand six hundred (1,600) youths successfully screened from the six (6) geopolitical zones, including Lagos State and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Training will be conducted through a virtual platform, with in-person sessions fully covered.
Eligibility
Interested candidates applying for the program must:
- Be Nigerian citizens aged between 18 and 35.
- Be ready to travel on certain occasions for practical purposes if selected for the program.
- Possess a valid means of identification (governmental identity card).
- Have a minimum education level of O’Level.
