Before that, be informed that the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme is a compulsory one (1) year service.

Every Nigerian, who graduated under the age of 30 with a Degree or HND must serve Nigeria.

How to get the NYSC Certificate?

After graduation, qualified candidates would be required to register online for NYSC programme.

After online registration, they will be posted to the various NYSC orientation camps across Nigeria. Corps members will spend 21 days in Orientation camp for training.

After spending 21 days in the NYSC Orientation camp, they will be posted to Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).

They will carry out National Assignment for the remaining 11 months and one week, making it a complete one year. 3 weeks in Camp + 11 months at PPA = 1 year.

After completing the National Assignment, the NYSC Certificate will be awarded to the deserving Corps Members.
