About Islamic University of Madinah

Saudi Arabia’s government established the Islamic University of Madinah in the Islamic holy city of Medina by royal order in 1961. Many people have linked the university to Salafi doctrine, claiming that it has exported Salafi-leaning theologians all over the world. Others disagree, claiming that the institution is objective and scientific, and that it is unaffected by any single ideology. In April 2017, the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment granted the university institutional academic accreditation with no restrictions.

Only Muslim male students are admitted to this university.

The Purpose and Benefits

The Islamic University of Madinah Scholarship 2022 in Saudi Arabia is a fully funded scholarship for international students pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a university outside of Saudi Arabia. All expenses will be covered by this scholarship. The following information is provided in detail:

• Stipend per month
• Extra money will be given to students that excel in school.
• For a nominal monthly charge, you can eat at the campus restaurant.
• Non-married students are eligible for free furnished housing.
• The university hospital provides excellent medical care.
• Successful candidates will receive a plane ticket as well as a free flight at the end of each school year, subject to certain limits.
• Free transportation to and from the Prophet’s Mosque is also available, as well as scheduled Umrah tours.
• At the university, there are also sports, social, and training facilities.

Qualifications for Undergraduate Scholarships at the Islamic University of Madinah

Applicants must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for the scholarship:

1. The applicant must have a Secondary School Certificate or equivalent from Saudi Arabia or another country.
2. The candidate must be between the ages of 17 and 25.
3. The university’s rules must be followed by all applicants.
4. Medically fit is required.
5. A recognised private school or a government institution must issue the certificate.
6. Full-time study options are available.

After being accepted, the student must bring original documents that have been confirmed by the Saudi Arabian Embassy in his country. If his country lacks an embassy, he will be required to submit documentation confirmed by an authority recognised by the institution.

If there is an issue in the original documents (such as a mistake in the student’s name, place of birth, or date of birth), the student must repair the error with the competent authorities before mailing his documents.
