How to Update your Record on NASIMS portal for Npower Batch C - NASIMS.gov.ng

Npower email address – The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has released a new support email address for stipends payment complaints.

Those who have issues with their Npower stipend payment can easily resolve the issue by sending their complaints to NASIMS through the new Npower email address. Read this piece till the end as we show you the e-mail.

N-Power email address

The N-Power/ NASIMS new email address is socialmedia.npower@gmail.com . You can reach out to them by sending emails.

Recall that in our previous post, we shared an update regarding the N-Power payment status – payment paid, but not credited to the beneficiary. To further assist N-Power beneficiaries with payment related problems, Nasims rolled out the following tips:

  1. Visit your bank for confirmation of your account being credited without receiving alert.

  2. If your account is truly not credited, obtain a statement of account and send a detailed complaint to this email => socialmedia.npower@gmail.com.

Note: these instructions should be strictly followed.
