GEEP 2.0 Free-Interest Loan Launched By FG

Hon. Sadiya U. Farouq who is the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, has called on Nigerians to apply for GEEP 2.0 loan that was recently launched by the Federal Government of Nigeria. The Government Enterprise Empowerment Program (GEEP), is an interest free-interest loan offered by FG to vulnerable Nigerians.

The launching of GEEP 2.0 was held at the International Conference Centre in Abuja, with several personalities in attendance. Also check chances of Nexit Applicants benefiting from GEEP2.0.

The program is one of the NSIP introduced by the current government to assist the vulnerable youths of the country. And the major target of GEEP are the skilled but unbanked Nigerians that needed funds to finance and grow their businesses.

The disbursement of funds under the GEEP scheme is done in three (3) different ways. The ways are; through TraderMonie, FarmerMonie, and MarketMonie.

GEEP 2.0 loan as an assisting initiative will offer soft loan to a wide range of unemployed persons in the society.

Those to benefit are mainly unemployed youths, persons living with disability, vulnerable groups, farmers, and marginalized women in the country.

The Minister, therefore beseeched the targeted population to use this opportunity and develop themselves.

Once it is well utilized, the current administration will fulfill its promise of uplifting one hundred million (100,000,000) Nigerians from poverty in the year 2030.

The Vice president commend the Hon. Minister for her efforts in ensuring that vulnerable citizens are being given fair consideration.

He urged her to keep on the good work to ensure poverty is totally eradicated from the county at large. Other reputable personality there present gave their goodwill messages as well.

Since the Program has being launched, Nigerians willing to benefit should waste no time in showing interest and benefiting from the loan scheme.

Remember, the GEEP 2.0 is a loan and not a Grant, so ensure you have a business setup before applying for it. The application process is quite simple, as you just have to locate the GEEP platform on the bank of industry webpage.
