Are you a beneficiary or prospective volunteer of the Npower Program? If ‘yes’ then you ought to read through the latest Npower news for Monday 10th January 2022.

HonourableSadiya U. Farouq, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs who met with the focal persons of NSIP at Abuja urges them to implement and deliver all necessary benefits to deserving beneficiaries.

The meeting, which happens to be National Social Investment Program (NSIP) Strategic review meeting for 2021, was held on the 6th of January 2022.

Those in attendance, which includes a representative of FG, State and Stakeholders, gave the assurance of lifting over one hundred million people out of poverty before 2030.

Ever since the Npower program was introduced in 2016, it has successfully lift over a million youth from poverty.

Aside from the five hundred and ten thousand (510,000) Batch C1 beneficiaries, about four hundred thousand (400,000) youths will soon be welcomed as beneficiaries of Batch C stream 2.

Also to note is that the Stipends for September and October has been paid.

However, those who are yet to receive their payments should be expecting theirs, and advised to always visit their portal.

Currently, stipends payment for the month of November and December is being processed and will be paid once completed.

To this note, beneficiaries should be calm and expect their necessary payments soon rather than panicking.

Nexit applicants (Batches A and B) are still hoping to receive their exit package.

Hopefully, they will be called upon as long as the process is still on and has gone far to an extent.
