The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS), on Friday, asked N-Power Batch C1 Beneficiaries who are experiencing difficulty in taking the work nation test to contact the programme’s helpline for assistance.
Recall that the ‘work nation’ initiative is a transition plan for the exited N-Power beneficiaries.
Beneficiaries of the N-Power scheme receive a monthly payment of N30,000. You may like to check New Npower salary structure.
The one-year programme primarily target sectors such as agriculture, construction, health, education, and the state’s tax collection system.
Among the five N-Power components, the education subcomponent (N-Teach) is the most popular and has the large numbers of youths deployed to teach in public schools across the country.
The scheme in 2020 disengaged its flagship beneficiaries of both Batch A and B, while fresh intakes of Batch C, Stream 1 and 2 volunteers started in September 2021. Their period of engagement ended in August 2022.
Till date, the exit packages of the N-Power batches A and B beneficiaries have not been fulfilled. Meanwhile, a fresh batch (C2) is currently being onboarded.
