Applications are invited from young South African graduates in Engineering and other professions for the Volkswagen Graduate Training Program 2024, which aims to accelerate graduates’ learning experiences in the workplace so that they can reach their full potential.
The program is a permanent job opportunity that includes a year of skill and expertise training while working full-time in one of Volkswagen’s divisions. The program aims to develop high-potential individuals into future leaders.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Graduate Training Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must have obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering for those applying for the ‘Engineering category’.
- Applicants applying for the ‘General category’ must have obtained a national diploma, B-Tech, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Marketing, Public Relations, Information Technology, Data Science/Computer Science, Public Management & Administration, Finance, Logistics.
- Applicants must display interest in the Automobile industry.
- Applicants need to have completed at least their undergraduate degree or degree equivalent by the end of 2023.
