JAMB registration requirements for 2021/2022 UTME

Below are the general JAMB registration requirements for admission into Universities, Polytechnic, Colleges of Education, and other Degree-Awarding Institutions for First Degree, ND, NCE, and other programmes:

1. O’ level Result

Candidatesmust have at least five (5) credit passes including English language and mathematics in SSCE with not more than two sittings. However, if your SSCE is not yet out, you can apply as ”Awaiting result” during JAMB registration. Once the result is out, you upload it on JAMB portal.

2. Phone Number

You need to have a functional phone number. If you do not have a phone number, kindly purchase a SIM card and insert it on your phone.

3. National Identification Number (NIN)

This is another important requirement for JAMB 2021 registration. You cannot register or write JAMB exam in 2021 without “NIN”. To get your NIN, you need to enrol for National ID Card. You can enrol/register for National ID Card at the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) office or MTN office or even at your local government secretariat. Immediately after National ID Card registration, your 11-degit NIN will be given to you.

4. E-mail Address

You need to have a functional email address. This is very easy to create. We usually recommend Gmail service (@gmail.com) to JAMB candidates.

5. Profile Code

After getting your NIN, SIM card and E-mail address, you can proceed to create your profile on Jamb portal, please keep your profile login details secure to avoid authorized use.

6. JAMB E-PIN

7. Bio Data

information like your full name, state of origin, date of birth. residential address, local government area (LGA), marriage status, etc. will be beeded. Please, ensure your name are correctly spelled. Also, if you want to go for NYSC, consider reducing your age so you won’t be up to 30 years at time of graduation.

8. Money

Without money, there is nothing you can achieve, so budget about N20,000 for your JAMB in 2021.

JAMB Admission Requirements for 2021/2022

1. O level Result

2. JAMB Score

3 Age

Youmust not be less that 16 years.

4. Your Aggregate

You must score up to the department cut off mark for your choice of Institution. To ensure admission, try to score above the departmental cut of mark.
