This program seeks to assist you in taking off with your career by putting you on a development track that will help you advance into roles that need a certain level of ability and are located in strategically significant parts of Airbus.

Eligibility Requirements
You must be able to show the following in order to be accepted into the AGGP:
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
- Maximum of three years relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
- The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

VIE eligibility criteria:
To be able to take part in the Volunteer for international experience scheme you must:
- Be between 18 and 28 years old at the date of registration,
- Be a national of one of the member countries of the European Economic Area (EEA),
- Be a student, a graduate or a job seeker,
- Have completed the national service obligations in your home country (if any),
- Have a clean police record.
Goal And Advantages
After completing the first two years of the program, you will continue to gain work experience by assuming a role in a different Finance function (such as Project Control, Budgetary Control, Treasury, or M&A) and country of Airbus Defence & Space. This will allow you to hone your communication skills, technical finance skills, and Airbus knowledge.
