About The Programme
The 2021 Graduate Management Trainee scheme has a confidential target of identifying talented, ambitious, and young Nigerian graduates that posseses genuine attitude that can aid the pursuit of successful and good long term career in top-notch (world class) environment.
For the fact that the organization frown at gender inequality, any one can apply for the opening in respective of sex.

At the end of the selection process, a broad base and systematic training will be done by successful applicants. This training programme will be done for complete twelve (12) months, and will involve experimental/projects attachments.
Anyone that completely pass through this phase of the training, will definitely be appointed to manage a suitable department in the company.
Requirements
To qualify for this recruitment, the following criteria must be met;
- Bachelor’s degree relating to the program applying for (A second class uppper division and if possible a master’s degree).
- O’level with not less than five (5) credits, English language and Mathematics must be inclusive (Not more than one sitting).
- NYSC certificate (not earlier than 2017).
- Have at most two (2) years of work experience.
- Be agile digitally.
- Have geographically mobile both in and out of the country Nigeria.
