Enugu Govt Announces Reopening of Tertiary Institutions

This is to inform the general public that the Enugu State governments has announced the reopening of both private and public tertiary institutions across the state As the federal government continues to relax Covid19 restrictions across the country.

The Enugu state Commissioner for Education, Prof. Uche Eze, in a statement on Saturday, directed all tertiary institutions in the state to reopen on 12th October, 2020.

However, Professor Eze further directed the management of each of the institutions to announce specific date of resumption of academic activities when the approved guidelines for Covid19 have been met.

Meanwhile, the Commissioner warned that the state Ministry of Education has set up a monitoring team to ensure that every institution abides by the approved Covid19 guidelines for safe operations.
