On today’s update concerning the Npower Batch C NASIMS Portal, we will be going through some questions that are being asked about the NASIMS portal, and the possible answers to the questions.
QUESTION 1: I tried resetting my password but did not get any mail from the NASIMS platform, on how to reset my password.
i. Kindly wait for some hours before trying the process again.
ii. It is expected to send the forgot password request just once, and patiently wait until you receive the mail in your inbox. In a situation where an applicant sent it several times, the person should use the link in the most recent mail (last message) to carryout the process.
iii. Applicant can as well check their spam folder for the link if they didn’t receive it after some hours.
QUESTION 2: I’m at the point of completing my BVN validation but unable to validate the BVN.
i. It is mostly caused by incorrect date of birth, therefore, applicants who have such issue should ensure they use the date of birth used in registering their BVN or used in bank.
ii. Sometimes, it could be as a result of poor Network. Hence, you should keep trying or wait until the network is more stable.
QUESTION 3: Couldn’t update my profile after several attempt.
i. For the fact that so many applicants are trying to access the portal it can lead to network glitch. To be able to complete this process, you can logout and try again later.
QUESTION 4: My account was blocked while trying to take the test via the NASIMS portal.
i. Any applicant who accessed the test three consecutive times without submitting will be blocked from taking the test, this was the warning from the team.
ii. Applicants who defaulted will be given one more attempt, after six hours time to take the test.
QUESTION 5: I couldn’t see my score after taking the test.
i. Applicants who took the test should endeavor to click on the button ‘Submit’ to enable them see their test score.
ii. If you can’t find your score, it then means you didn’t submit the test and will have to retake it.
