Rotation among the Finance department’s duties is part of the Heineken Management Trainee Program. To guarantee that the new hires have access to a variety of learning and development opportunities, you will receive a specific assignment for each function.
The program is set up to provide you early responsibility, enabling you to get started right away. To make sure you have all the abilities you need as an employee in our organization, a portion of your time will be devoted to training related to your position. Our knowledgeable coaches will tutor you, and you’ll get regular feedback.

- Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint) and Power Bi is a plus
