In cooperation with Jobberman Nigeria, the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development has made FREE soft skills training available to all of you. In this article, we will show you how to apply for Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) Soft Skills Training For Young Nigerians 2021.

It is possible to define soft skills as non-technical talents such as personal effectiveness and communication. Employers and job seekers agree that soft skills are a key differentiator, especially in a time of intense competition between candidates.

In the past, soft skills have been ignored in favour of academic qualifications, but the truth is that they are just as vital to many businesses.

The Jobberman soft skills training programme was started in May 2020 as part of our commitment to train 5 million job seekers and place 3 million in dignified employment in Nigeria over the next five years.
