The participants of the Batch C Stream 1 Npower Program will now begin receiving their May stipend, according to the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS).
The Npower Management launched and distributed the April Stipend to the beneficiaries exactly one week prior to this.
This evening, NASIMS announced the May Stipend Payment announcement, stating that the disbursement and crediting of beneficiaries’ bank accounts are anticipated to begin shortly.
The Npower Management also highlighted that all payment issues are being resolved in order to credit the beneficiaries’ bank accounts while urging the impacted beneficiaries to maintain their composure.
The NASIMS plan includes expediting the payment of the Batch C Stream 1 May Stipend in order to complete all pending payments and make room in the Government Integrated Financial Management Information Server for the Batch C Stream 2 Npower beneficiaries (GIFMIS Payment Platform).

In August 2022, it is anticipated that the Batch C Stream 1 Npower Programme would come to an end. The Batch C Stream 2 Npower Programme will then begin in full.
