Npower Warns Beneficiaries Against Scam Massages

The Npower management has issued a warning to all Npower beneficiaries via its Twitter account, @npower-ng, telling them to ignore any message or post that did not come from their official support platforms and that purports to assist beneficiaries with physical verification or re-deployment.

Npower states that nobody else but the Npower Nasims team has the exclusive right to update or change your details. Never sign up for a WhatsApp or Telegram group that requests your personal information.

However, Npower told beneficiaries via their Twitter account that they are actively assisting individuals who are having problems with redeployment, those whose location moved owing to systemic faults, and beneficiaries with physical verification verde concerns.

Beneficiaries are requested to submit their questions as comments or direct messages on Twitter.

They are attending to those without a physical verification center and those who would love to change to one close to them.
