The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) management has warned corps members about a fraudulent NYSC Trust Fund NYSCTF 2023 advertisement spreading on social media.
According to NYSC management, their attention has been brought to the fraudulent advertisement “NYSC TRUST FUND (NYSCTF) 2023: BOOST YOUR BUSINESS DREAMS” that has been circulating, particularly on social media.
Management wishes to state emphatically that the advertisement is not from the National Youth Service Corps. It is the handiwork of fraudsters bent on defrauding unsuspecting Nigerians, particularly serving and ex-Corps Members of their resources.
The NYSC Trust Fund is still awaiting Mr President’s assent. Therefore the existence of an NYSC Portal and link to register for the fund is only aruse. When the Trust Fund is passed into Law, modalities to access the fund shall be officially made known to Nigerians through the print and electronic media as well as NYSC official handles in the social media, among others.
Please, do not fall prey to fraudsters, management warned.
