UNILAG School of Foundation Studies Screening Procedures

UNILAG School of Foundation Studies 2021/2022 Screening Procedure. Do you apply for admission to the University of Lagos’ School of Foundation Studies this year and been accepted? If you answered yes, there is some excellent news for you. The school’s administration has officially revealed the current session’s screening processes. The registration guidelines can be found below for interested candidates.

This is to advise UNILAG School of Foundation candidates who passed the recently completed entrance examination that the screening procedures for registration have been announced by the management. The steps are as follows:

Procedures

  1. Visit foundation.unilag.edu.ng or studentportal.unilag.edu.ng for further information.

  2. Select “Student Login” from the drop-down.

  3. Enter your application number (for example, A123456) as the username and your surname in lowercase as the password.

  4. You must update your password as soon as possible.

  5. Click “Update Biodata” to complete any required updates (obligatory) and print the Biodata form.

  6. To print your pay advise, click on “Generate Fees” and then “View Pay Advice.”

(At this time, payment advice is just for the Acceptance fee.)

  1. Proceed to the bank or pay online with your pay advice in hand to pay the Acceptance fee.

  2. Return to the website after making your payment to print your Letter of Acceptance.

  3. Complete the form and bring it to the Verification Center (Jelili Omotola Multipurpose Hall A) to have your credentials verified (O’level results, birth certificate, school testimonial, biodata form, legally signed Acceptance Letter, and Reference Letter). Original credentials and a set of photocopies in a white file are required. Thereafter

  4. Re-login to studentportal.unilag.edu.ng to generate a new pay advice (this time, the pay advice will include all other costs (the option to pay 50% of tuition is accessible on the page)).

  5. Take the pay advice to the bank and pay the remaining fees.

Please be advised that all prospective students must bring original copies of the following documents with them.

  1. O’level Result

  2. Birth certificate

  3. School testimonial

  4. Reference Letter from:

  • A Clergy
  • Lawyer or,
  • Civil Servant minimum of Grade Level 12.

From Wednesday, October 20th through Friday, October 22nd, 2020, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., verification will take place at the Jelili Omotola Multipurpose Hall A.
