This is to notify you that your passport photograph was not found in the database for 2018 Batch ‘B’ corps members. Consequently, You are required to produce a SOFT COPY of your passport photograph for inclusion in the database for 2018 Batch ‘B’ corps members and also for publication in the 2018 Batch ‘B’ edition of OYOKOPA Magazine (the end of service year magazine).
You are to reply to this email with a SOFT COPY of your passport photograph along with your full name and state code.
Please NOTE that:
You must take the passport photograph wearing your NYSC crested vest,
The passport must have a red background,
The passport must be a JPEG or JPG file and NOT in Portable Document Format (PDF) or GIF,
You are to RENAME the passport with your state code before attaching for upload e.g 1920

The DEADLINE for submission is Monday 20th May 2019. Anyone who fails to submit his/her own passport does so at his/her own peril.
