Can you handle a virtual team of volunteers to achieve organizational goals through projects? If ‘yes’ then waste no time in applying for the ATLAS Citizen Volunteer Team Leaders Program 2021.

The program, which is design to unveil quality leaders, will be held in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Participating leaders will be engaged in a six (6) months program, where they will serve as head of various teams.

The portfolio of a team leader is basically assigned exceptional ethical heads in social entrepreneurship and civic engagement.

Successful applicants will work in pairs in support youth volunteers on the program.

Impacts emanating from the program will be;

  1. The program will enable participants to achieve clear knowledge, understanding to the relevance of digital disruptions.
  2. Support lifelong learning chances in targeted communities, ensuring quality education.
  3. Enable volunteers to have a special ability to comprehend active citizenship, social entrepreneurship, and ethical civil leadership.
  4. Ensure proper fundraising to support the initiative in targeted communities.

Eligibility

The criteria needed to be a participant are;

  • Only resident of Lagos State are allowed to apply, with the willingness to visit Ikorodu once in a week for the program’s activities.
  • Have computer access with a good network.
  • Posses good fundraising skill.
  • Ability to host and stimulate conversation in meetings, especially on social media platforms.
  • Be creative and Tech-savvy.
  • Posses gift of natural story telling, which is needed to engage other users.
  • Be friendly and social enough to relate with volunteers.
  • Endeavor to uphold the values of the ATLAS Citizen Volunteer Team Leaders Program.
