As a technician trainee, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Observing and learning from staff members in all technical departments at Dangote Cement
- Participating in on-the-job training, meetings, workshops, and team-building events
- Taking notes on experiences and maintaining a log of what you have learned
- Compiling reports and delivering presentations to other staff members
- Analyzing current systems and suggesting new ideas for improvement
- Bringing positive energy to the organization and building lasting professional relationships with staff
- Conducting research and assisting the Supervisor whenever possible
- Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites as needed
- Maintaining the company’s good reputation at all times

Qualifications for Technician Development Program
- Hold a National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or a related engineering field.
- Have achieved at least a second class lower or lower credit.
- Be 25 years old or younger.
- Possess a minimum of 5 O’level credits in one sitting, including English language and Mathematics.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Show comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Display innovation and creativity.
