The Eni Award has been on since the year 2018. Ensuring that technological and scientific research work worldwide is being promoted.

The Eni Debut in Research Award is part of the several sectors of awards offered by Eni.

The major purpose of the Debut in Research Award is to identify young talents in Africa and assist them as new generation researchers to succeed.

Participants will be privileged to attend a PhD course in one of the best Italian universities/research institute.

Likewise, their innovations will be supported and promoted by Eni through the Award program.

Eligibility

Applicants must posses a Master’s degree or its equivalent.
Ensure his/her theses has already been defended in a recognized Africa University.
Only student born in the year 1991 and after will be rewarded.

Prizes For Eni Debut in Research Award 2022

The prizes to be won are;

Four selected winners will be awarded with a PhD scholarship to study a three (3) years course.
Have the privilege to choose a non Italian advisor for the thesis who will collaborate with the Italian institution during the course.

The application must be submitted and guaranteed by a high-profile personnel (i.e. Chancellor, Professor, Faculty Dean etc.) Working in a similar field.

The deadline for application is 26th of November, 2021.

Two (2) weeks after the deadline, the scientific Secretariat will offer formal confirmation via email to the candidates.

This will entail acceptance of their candidature in the Eni Award 2022.
