It is about the notice of final registration and documentation of students’ records for HND II students who were admitted for the 2019/2020 academic session.
The management of Federal Polytechnic, Idah, has notified concerned students of National Diploma (ND) Higher National Diploma (HND I & II) to proceed with the final registration and documentation of students’ records for the new academic session. This notice was issued by the polytechnic to draw the attention of students at the beginning of the exercise. The exercise in two phases:
ND I and HND I students (2020/2021) registration and documentation of records begins on Monday, 26th July 2021 and closes on 9th August, 2021while registration and documentation of records for HND II (2019/2020) academic session begins on 10th and closes on 24th August 2021.
Based on this notice, all concerned students are to report to the New Convocation Square for the documentation exercise, which begins by 9:00am and ends by 3:00pm daily for the duration of the exercise. Note that, except you partake in this documentation process, you are considered not a fully registered student of the polytechnic.
Meanwhile, the newly admitted students who have paid all necessary fees have been advised to check the school’s official portal for their Matriculation Numbers and bring same to the venue of the Admission Division for the final documentation. Any student who cannot carry out initial clearance within two weeks of admission will be fined N5,000 (Five Thousand Naira).
Documents to Submit
• Approved copy of letter of undertaking for JAMB admission regularization.
• All other necessary documents as may be requested.
Penalties for Failure to Register
• Late Registration/Clearance for new students – N5,000 (Five Thousand Naira).
• Late Final Documentation of records (HND II) – N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira).
• Late Final Documentation of records (NDI & HND I) – N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira).
