The federal government has updated the members of the public on the trending Industrial Trust Fund (ITF) recruitment advertisements on social media.
FG, through the ITF Director of the Public Affairs Department, Mrs Suleyol Chagu, described the trending recruitment advert as fake. Chagu dismissed claims of ongoing recruitment in ITF.
According to Chagu, the viral advertisement on social media is an attempt to defraud some unsuspecting members of the public.
She said;
“These Individuals are only out to deceive and defraud the unsuspecting public.
“They created a fake profile and page of the fund’s Director-General and Chief Executive on LinkedIn and Facebook using the telephone number 07025143825”.
