Qualification Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application in order to participate in the contest.
• The applicant must be a recent graduate who is neither younger than eighteen nor older than thirty at the time of application.
• candidates must have a B. A/B.sc./OND/HND or its equivalent at the time of registration.
• The decision of the FCMB and its Partner Organizations regarding all competition-related matters will be final and binding on all candidates.
• The Contest, FCMB and its Partner Organizations disclaim any liability for lodging, travel, or logistics at all times.
• The candidate must be a recent graduate, having completed their studies in any of the following academic fields, but not exclusively, by July 2022:
  • Arts, Law & Humanities
  • Social Sciences
  • Applied Sciences
  • Engineering
• FCMB’s decision is final and enforceable against all applicants regarding every aspect of the competition.
• Prizes won during the Contest are not transferable.
• The prizes won cannot be exchanged for cash.
• the contest deadlines—including those for entry submission and voting—are noted on various banners and advertising materials.
• Following the competition, educational and other qualifications will be vetted, and FCMB or any of its partners may use the results. Any applicant whose documents or credentials are shown to be fraudulent will be denied right away.
• FCMB maintains the right to use any and all creative assets submitted by contestants, such as images, videos, graphics, and other content, to promote its Flexx product and any other FCMB product both during and after the contest.
• Applicants consent to be bound by these terms and conditions by participating in this competition.
• As a result of participating in the contest, applicants may suffer or incur losses, expenses, or damages; however, FCMB and its Partner Organizations disclaim all liability for any losses, costs, or damages, unless they can be directly linked to FCMB’s negligence or misconduct.
• FCMB retains the right, subject to availability, to assign Flexxterns to partner organizations; choosing an industry during the application process does not guarantee placement. After the internship, FCMB will not be held liable for any additional assignments with affiliated organizations.
• Those who meet the requirements are in charge of their conduct and won’t be regarded as FCMB representatives or employees.
• Any information given to applicants that is deemed sensitive must be kept private, and they must not disclose it to a third party without FCMB’s or the partner organization’s permission.
