Dark mode is available in many apps, websites, and tech gadgets as a solution to get around this.
What is Dark Mode, exactly?
Dark Mode, also referred to as night mode, is a setting that darkens the app’s color palette. It is preferable to enable dark mode if you plan to stay up late with the lights turned off. Dark Mode is supported by Facebook, Twitter, and a plethora of other apps, including Snapchat.
Is it possible to use Snapchat in dark mode?
Yes! Snapchat, the famous picture messaging and chatting software, now has a dark option. Snapchat’s Dark Mode for iOS was released in May of 2021.
If you have Dark Mode turned on, you can use Snapchat at night without straining your eyes. Snapchat’s Dark Mode is still not accessible on Android, unfortunately. However, it is expected to be completed by July 2022.
How to turn on Snapchat’s dark mode
- To access your Snapchat profile, click your “Bitmoji” in the top left corner.
- Click the “Gear (Settings) Icon” in the top right corner.
- From the drop-down option, choose “App Appearance.”
- Choose “Always Dark” from the drop-down menu.
