YALI Regional Leadership Center (RLC) West Africa is currently seeking the services of young men/women who falls between the age bracket of 18 and 35 years old, and comes from any of the following countries: Nigeria, Gambia, Cameron, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Ivory coast, Togo, and Liberia. Interested candidates should be willing to embrace the role of leadership, and work deligently to meet up with goals that can bring about transformation to their nation (country).
YALI was launched as a signature effort to invest on the next generation of leaders in Africa, by the American government.
Benefits
- Participants will be awarded with the designated certificate at the end of the program, and automatically becomes an alumni of YALI.
- Qualified applicants will be trained on various leadership courses, in preparation to take similar roles in their endeavors after the program.
Qualifications
The criteria needed to be a participant in this merit-based program is as follows;
- Applicants must be within 18 years of age to 35 years of age, as at the time of submitting applications.
- Must be a citizen or resident of either of the listed countries Nigeria, Gambia, Cameron, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Ivory coast, Togo, or Liberia.
- Should not be a U.S citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
- Must be eligible to receive visa to Ghana.
- Must be proficient in speaking, writing and listening to English Language.
