Young Nigerians between the ages of 25 and 35 can participate in the one-year nonpartisan leadership development program known as the Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship (KIF). The one-year fellowship intends to establish a network of high potential young Nigerians who will likely advance to top leadership positions in the public sector and other areas of endeavor over the following 10 years. KIF was launched in 2018 as a project of the Kaduna State Government (KDSG).
Eligibility Criteria
- Nigerian
- Age range 25-35 years (MAXIMUM AGE OF 35 WHEN THE FELLOWSHIP ENDS)
- Graduate from an accredited University
- Completed NYSC
Benefits of KSG Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship
- A salary and benefits equivalent to that of Special Assistant to the Governor.
- Accommodation: Boarding (and breakfast) is provided in a nicely furnished one-bedroom apartment for the duration of the Fellowship.
