The Lagos Business School (LBS) is a citadel of learning that offers General Management Education to Experts/professionals. The school is currently hosting a program know as LBS Young Talents Programme, where intelligent students in top universities will be opportune to be in a world class institution through a scholarship program, after the completion of their course in school.
Through the LBS Management Scholarship Academy, shortlisted candidates will be exposed with proper educational awareness. Likewise, those with the zeal of becoming administrative staff and faculty members in the school.
The two day’s program will unveil the best candidates that can bring about standard educational awareness in the entire African race.
Expectations from LBS Program
a. Train talented youths who on their own decision, can become part of the MBA program.
b. Show those that will participate in the program how to make a career in teaching, management and research.
c. Show these young talents how to become a beneficiary of the PhD program, and the Management scholarship Academy, after following the channels that take one into the academic career of the school.
d. Introduction of candidates as a faculty member, Administration Staff, and researcher of LBS.
e. Talk on LBS Inspiration, history, and culture.

Requirements for LBS Program
- Applicants should be less than thirty (30) years old.
- Undergraduates in final year, NYSC members, and recent graduates who will apply.
- YTP beneficiaries aren’t allowed to apply.
- Graduands with First class, or second class upper are eligible.
How to Apply for LBS Young Talents Programme for Nigerians
1) Interested Applicants are to access the online form here (downloaded format).
2) Make a personal video about yourself for just one minute, citing the following; name, educational status, work/leadership experience.
3) Send the filled form, one minute video, Resume, and academic documents to ytp@lbs.edu.ng.
Date For Program: The program is to be held for two (2) days starting from July 30th 2021 to July 31st 2021.
