  1. I applied for my NOUN academic transcript 3days ago through NOUN transcript platform. I filled the field advised following the prompts. I didn’t see any information on how to fix any other details after payment. Though, I received an invoice via email, I can’t track the process and I am yet to give them my other academic details and information needed by my agency.
Kindly advise me on what to do.
    Regards.
