NYSC never said that you’ll not receive new Allowance, Read this

By Comrade Nnadi Goodluck

Yesterday, I’d posted a news with the title “NYSC debunks rumour of N31,800 stipend for corps members” and most of you interpreted it wrongly.

NYSC management is not trying to tell you that your monthly alawee won’t be increased, they’re trying to inform you, that the Twitter handle of @dgszkazaure and @NyscHelpCenter that posted that the new NYSC allowance is N31,800 are fake and you shouldn’t believe any posts they share.

NYSC management is trying to tell you that they don’t have the power to announce a new increase in your monthly allowance, that it’s only the FG that has the power to do so, thus making the posts emanating from the duo accounts of @dgszkazaure and @NyscHelpCenter fake and misleading to the general public.

This stupid account, @dgszkazaure, claiming that he’s the DG of NYSC is madness and foolishness. The able DG of NYSC, Major General Sulaiman Zakari Kazaure does not operate a Twitter account.

The post where the handler of the account claimed that the new alawee of NYSC Corps Members is N31,800 is not true. Please stop believing any nonsense post from that fake account for your own good.

It’s no more news that President Buhari has signed into law the long awaited Minimum Wage Repeal and Re-Enactment Act, 2019 on Thursday, 18th April 2019 to change the salary of workers from N18,000 to N30,000 monthly, but NYSC management is trying to tell you that a new allowance increase will come as soon as the implementation of the new minimum wage commences.

The new NYSC allowance will be more than N30,000, but NYSC management is trying to tell you, that a specific figure has not been fixed or announced by the Federal Government.

Please, remember that anytime the new alawee is implemented, you’ll receive full arrears, starting from the month of April when it was assented by the President. You’re duly covered.

Please be properly guided.
