Recruitment: NDLEA Final List of Successful Candidates Released

The list of those that will finally be called officers of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has been released by the Agency, and will have their training on 17th of July 2021. It can be recalled that NDLEA started the whole recruitment process in the year 2019, and has finally released names of the finalist that will face training as Narcotic officer Cadre and Narcotic Asst. Cadre of the Agency.

It is therefore mandatory that all successful candidates whose names appear on the released list, present themselves for the next phase of the recruitment exercise, which is the training at the Agency’s Academy in Plateau State.

Currently, the names of shortlisted candidate can be found on the agency’s website on https://www.ndlea.gov.ng/ and can be easily accessed by the candidates for confirmation.

NDLEA Training Instructions

1) Both the Narcotic and Assistant Narcotic officers whose name appears on the list of shortlisted candidates are to report to the venue with the following;

a. The online reference slip generated during application.

b. Both original and photocopies of required documents/credentials.

c. A 5 x 7 coloured photograph with no hat or cap on (Four copies).

d. Personal writing materials placed in a file jacket (i.e. book, pencil, Biro, ruler).

e. Black and white stockings (two pairs each).

f. Three (3) pairs of plain white round neck shirt/vests, and also three (3) pairs of plain Navy blue shorts.

g. Two (2) pairs of black canvas (trainers and not rubber type).

h. Two (2) bedsheets and pillowcases.

i. An army green or grey colour blanket.

j. A white long sleeve shirt, and black trouser (two each).

k. Two (2) pairs of casual dress or suit.

l. Personal broom, bucket, and cutlass which will only be purchased in the training venue.

m. Two face masks (black colour).

n. Toiletries and pocket money.

2) All shortlisted candidates who will undergo the training are to comply and observe all cOVID-19 protocols during the course of the training.

3) Candidate(s) who failed to report at the venue later than 6pm on the day of resuming training, will be disqualified automatically.

4) The Narcotic Assistant cadre candidates that will be successful will have their names released in batches. with the first one thousand (1,000) to be released while the rest (Batch 2 and Batch 3) will be released later on.
