Kindly note that NSIP independent monitors recruitment is based on selection. Volunteers are being appointed/selected by the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster management and Social development to supervise and monitor activities of NSIP in Nigeria, across the 774 LGA in the country.
The Independent Monitors are charged to monitor the NSIP programmes at the community level. They are also assigned to monitor the programme beneficiaries within their locality (schools, households and market) with the aim to ensure that the primary objectives of the scheme such as Npower, GEEP, CCT and NHGSFP are achieved.
So, unlike N-power recruitment that is done through an online registration, the NSIP Independent Monitors recruitment is done by appointment or selection by FMHDSD.
They basically engage independent monitor firms to help them select capable hands with technical knowledge and train them on how to do the job for the Ministry.
