The Josephus Foundation Scholarship, endowed by the University Chancellor, Chief (Dr.) Tunde Afolabi, MFR, is a highly competitive scholarship created by the Josephus Foundation. It is part of the institution’s assistance programs for highly bright but financially disadvantaged students who would otherwise be unable to afford postsecondary education at a university.
The scholarship is a partial award that only covers tuition and housing costs; recipients will be responsible for a one-time payment of various municipal and service charges as listed in the University’s schedule of fees for undergraduate students, which is available on the website.
The scholarship will be awarded on a yearly basis to freshly admitted (UTME, JUBEP, and direct entry) students and may be held for the duration of a beneficiary’s program of study, subject to satisfactory performance.
