The two-day program’s goal is to assist the school in establishing a long-term relationship with the country’s finest university students both before and after they graduate. The primary goal of engaging with these exceptional students is to introduce them to a world-class institution and identify prospects for the LBS Management Scholarship Academy. Candidates who could become future administrative personnel and, eventually, faculty members will be welcomed as well. This program would assist the institution in developing a pipeline of talented African academics.
