JOB TITLE: Service controller

LOCATION: Lagos

Job Overview

A highly enthusiastic and motivated individual is needed by ASUS for the position of the service controller (ASUS service partnerccontroller). Candidates who are successful will be responsible for the service operations with a specific accounts across region in Africa (Specifically, English speaking country).

When problems arises with our products, we ensure we help our customers with special cases and escalations. We ensure that all repair are closed with the repair time and the satisfaction of our customers are met.

Accepted candidates will be working closely with Africa region’s service account manager, and sales team to achieve customers satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handling of escalation cases.

  • Contact window for repairs.

  • Controlling, and checking of quality related cases.

  • Reporting of weekly sales.

  • Analyse on monthly basis, customers satisfaction.

  • Analyse on weekly basis, pending TAT/SWAP.

  • Addresses case process where needed.

  • Monitoring of daily work in progress.

  • Monthly reporting of key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or any equivalent degree.

  • Have Powerpoint skills and strong excel knowledge.

  • A previous experience in a customer service role.

  • Written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.

  • Excellent problem solving skills, and Analytical personality with sound judgment.

  • The ability to build relationships with customers, and a positive attitude.

  • An understanding of PC repair is a strong asset.
