This is to inform the public that the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), a multinational financial services company based in Canada, is seeking to recruit a financial planner who is fluent in Igbo or Yoruba language.
According to a notice that was published on the bank’s website, the financial planner is expected to create custom investment solutions for prospective and existing RBC customers.
Part of the statement by RBC reads;
“Alongside your own prospecting and networking activity, you are fully supported by internal partners who send client referrals your way. Your creativity, motivation, and drive for new investment sales will enable you to provide world-class advice and solutions that help clients achieve their long-term financial goals,”.
Also, the bank expected selected candidates to “provide tailor-made financial planning advice and solutions using our unparalleled array of investment and portfolio solutions, including best-in-class proprietary and select third-party mutual fund solutions”.
Among other requirements, applicants must:
- Be fluent in Igbo or Yoruba,
- Have at least two years experience in financial planning,
- Posses the ability to cultivate strong partner relationships,
- Have proven networking and client acquisition skills,
- A mutual funds license.
