Delta State has yet recorded a second death from coronavirus on Tuesday.
This was announced by NCDC early Wednesday morning.
NCDC also announced three deaths in Sokoto State.
The governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal also confirmed the death, through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Muhammad Bello.
He said that the patients who died all had histories of other diseases such as diabetes, asthma, and high blood pressure.
At the time of filing this report, Nigeria has recorded a total of 44 deaths according to the NCDC.
