Birth Certificate

This is very important if you want to do your Unilorin clearance. Meanwhile, you can use a sworn declaration of age if you don’t have a birth certification. Although birth certificate is most preferable.

Pre-Admission screening E-Slip

Pre-Admission screening E-Slip is the same slip you used at the time of writing your post UTME. If you have lost it, you can go online and have it printed again.

Print out of admission status

Upon accepting your offer of admission from JAMB via JAMB Caps, this is the document that popped up. If you have not printed it yet, you can revisit your JAMB profile to print out the page. You will need it to for your clearance.

Online registration bio data

Online registration bio data is the personal details that you inputted in your Unilorin online profile before you paid the acceptance levy. Ensure that all information therein is complete. But in an event of error, head back to your profile and correct it.

Evidence of acceptance fee payment

This is basically the receipt generated for you by the system when you paid the sum of N25, 000.00 (Twenty-five thousand Naira) for your acceptance fee.

O’Level results

This is essentially the document that contains your SSCE/WAEC/NECO result. Note that you must have a minimum of 6 (six) credits including English language and mathematics.

Original JAMB UTME result

Kindly note that original Jamb UTME result differs from the normal JAMB result. To get your original JAMB result you will need to pay N1, 000. Ensure that you go along with your Jamb UTME result and original JAMB result.

Certificate of State of Origin

This shows your state of origin. We also advice you to get a certificate of local government of origin. This document will cost you about N2, 000.

Post UTME result

This is basically the result of the Post UTME that you did in Unilorin. If you have lost it, ensure you do a reprint before you travel for clearance.

Remedial results

It is important you travel with your remedial result, to keep safe. If you are yet to collect it, you can get it via this link www.remedia.unilorin.edu.ng/rem_

6 passports photos

Finally, ensure you have 6 recent passport photographs. If you can, take more so you can have more than enough.

NOTE: you are advised to have at least 4 photocopies of each of the documents while going for clearance. The mode of arrangement will be told to you at the clearance venue.
