How to Retrieve JAMB Email Address

If you have forgotten the email address with which you registered for your JAMB, it is very easy to get it back. Just look at your JAMB examination slip and you will get it there. Meanwhile, if you have lost your examination slip, you can reprint it from the JAMB portal.

How to Retrieve Lost JAMB Profile Code

The profile code contains 10 characters, and it is sent to the mobile phone number you registered with JAMB once your interest to write JAMB has been confirmed.

There are three steps you can use to retrieve your lost JAMB code. These steps are listed below:

• Short Message Service (SMS)
• JAMB E-facility
• Email

Short Message Service (SMS)

• On the sim card you registered with JAMB, type “RESEND” in your message app and send to “55019”
• Upon sending the SMS, wait for some minutes and you will receive a reply from the number containing the 10 character profile code

Again, remember that the SMS must be sent using the line you registered with JAMB.

JAMB E-facility

• Visit www.jamb.gov.ng/efacility
• Fill in your valid email address and password
• At the top of your dashboard, your profile code will be displayed

Email

• Login to the email you used to create an account on the JAMB’s website
• Locate and open the message sent to you. This must be on the same day.
• The profile code will be displayed in the message.

  1. I wrote jamb this year using my email address but when I tried accessing my profile I was told something like “record does not exist”
    I don’t understand why and I wasn’t given any password whatsoever where I went to register
