The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibadan chapter has arrested 32 suspected yahoo boys comprising 3 Corps members, 19 undergraduates, and 10 others. In this post, we shall provide the list of their names and pictures as released by EFCC.
According to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission official Twitter account, the suspects were arrested during a raid on their hideout in Ogbomoso, Oyo State. the Anti-Graft Agency swept on the location, after analysis of series of intelligence gathered on their activities.
However, three (3) of the arrested suspects claimed to be members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Items recovered from them at the time of arrest include; several laptops, 12 exotic cars, phones, and other incriminating things.
The suspects are to go thorough medical examination, in line with the COVID-19 prevention measures. After that, they would be charged to court as soon as the agency concluded investigations.
