A three-week National Digital Skills Development Programme has been launched by the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development (FMYSD).
National Youth Development Centre, Shere Hills, Jos, Plateau State, and National Youth Development Centre, Ode Omu, Osun State, are hosting the training.
From March 6 through March 25, 2022, the program will run.
Web design, robotics, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, cinematography, phone repair, and programming are among the talents that Nigerian students will be taught. At the conclusion of the event, 300 Nigerian adolescents would have received Digital Skills training from the venues.
Aside from the free housing and food, all trainees will receive starter kits and transportation allowances.
It should be noted that the Youth Ministry just completed technical and agricultural skills training for over 480 Nigerian adolescents in Shere Hills, Jos, and Od Omu from February 20 to March 4, 2022.
All of this comes just a year after a similar seminar was held at the National Youth Development Centre in Ode Omu, with all of the aforementioned benefits.
