Fulani Women Receive FG Rural Cash Grant in Kebbi

The Federal Government Special Cash Grant for Rural Women was launched by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Hon. Sadiya U. F. in one of the Fulani dwelling place in Kebbi State. See how to register for Vice President N5,000 RRR cash transfer.

A total number of two hundred and forty-seven (247) Fulani Women’s living in a particular breeders settlement in Kebbi State will be given the sum of twenty thousand naira (N20,000), which is a cash grant given by FG.

Indeed, the cash grant will serve as an empowerment for the beneficiaries, in helping them to improve their well-being and also their ventures in milk production.

The Honourable minister also show her utmost joy, to the fact that the women have been exposed to the modern method of producing yogurt from cow milk. Of which if they are being empowered, they will come up with better products for the general public, thereby boosting the economy of the country.

The training is actually an initiative of the Kebbi State government, and the Minister commend the State Governor for the good job.

Most of the beneficiaries out of joy prayed for the president of the federation, and also promise to put the money received into great use.

So far about sixteen (16) States have benefited from the rural cash grant scheme, the States are;

  • Katsina
  • Taraba
  • Kano
  • Gombe
  • Nassarawa
  • Zamfara
  • Plateau
  • Adamawa
  • Bauchi
  • Ebonyi
  • Imo
  • Ekiti
  • Kebbi

The scheme will definitely get to more states in due course, therefore other states should get prepared to be part of it.
