This is a Grant scheme that was introduced in the year 2015 by Tony Elumelu, who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Heirs Holding.

So far, about seven thousand five hundred (7,500) businesses have benefited from this Grant, with the total amounting to twenty five million US dollars.
