Renewed Hope Skills Up Nigeria

The N-Power MGT has proposed a monthly stipend payment of N60,000 to prospective beneficiaries of the Npower Skill Up Nigeria Program.

Dr. Betta Edu, the Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, revealed this information in her most recent interview with networks.

The current compensation, according to the Minister, is N30,000, but we propose a single payment of N50,000 to N60,000 for prospective beneficiaries of the revitalized Hope Npower Skill Up Nigeria Program.

The Minister went on to say that they are waiting for an agreement on the new minimum salary before paying them according to the new minimum wage.

The Npower program is now being restructured by the new management and will be completely operational by January 2024, once the restructuring is done.
