According to Corporate Affairs Commission, the application form for the Federal Government’s Free Business Name Registration is now available on CAC website.
How to download CAC form registration
You can download the form right here without having to visit the CAC website, Click Here to Download the CAC form.
Do the following after downloading the CAC form
- Print it out the form
- Fill appropriately with biro,
- scan the duly completed form
- Send the scanned copy together with any of the following means of Identifications to the email address of your State Aggregator.

Any of the following means of identifications is needed;
- Data Page of International Passport
- Driver’s Licence
- NationalID Card
- Voter’s Card
Aggregators have been appointed to receive applications from interested applicants for onward transmission to CAC for registration.
