Junior Chamber International, or JCI, is a non-profit international non-governmental organization that brings together young people aged 18 to 40.
The CYE program’s main goal is to give young entrepreneurs the opportunity to show off their successful firms. By forcing young entrepreneurs to give an in-depth business model, marketing position, and strategic goals for how their firm will begin to produce a profit and become sustainable, CYE encourages students to think critically and imaginatively.
This program is not simply a grading system, but also an experience for participants to actively learn and receive insightful feedback, thanks to expert mentorship provided as part of the CYE experience. Whether a person takes first place or not, the experience will undoubtedly assist their business. JCI’s Business and Entrepreneurship Area focuses on cultivating this innovative spirit and self-starter mindset.
