The reset link has been sent to me,but it keep saying “invalid reset token, try again”,anytime I click on the link.

I was about to submit my test but the page become blank, despite me refeshing it for 5 minutes I got a pop u message that” my account has been blocked” please help a brother.
My problem is that:
Instead for me to receive mail with the link to reset my password,i received mail from N-power without the link for reseting my password,
The mail says that “Your have successfully changed your password”
So what is the solution?
My question is that, as am writing my test the just submitted it without completing the test and it’s not time. I am now login is telling me my “account has been blocked contact for information” what should I do about it
